A/C not as cold as it used to be?

Your system may have a leak, or it may just need a service before the summer heat hits. We are ARC licensed and carry the specialist tools and equipment to get your air conditioning running again.

Repairs and regassing

• R134a and R1234yf gas regassing: certified regassing and servicing for older vehicles and the latest models using the new R1234yf refrigerant.
• Nitrogen, hydrogen and UV leak detection: high-pressure nitrogen and hydrogen testing, plus fluorescent UV dye, to pinpoint hairline leaks in hoses, fittings and evaporators.
• Compressor diagnostics and replacement: complete compressor testing, clutch replacement, control valve repairs and full assembly swaps.
• Condenser and evaporator replacements: replacing damaged, stone-chipped or corroded condensers and deeply buried dashboard evaporators.
• TX valve and receiver drier swaps: replacing sticky thermal expansion valves and blocked receiver driers during major A/C overhauls.

Preventative maintenance and cabin comfort

• System decontamination and flush: flushing out metal shavings and black sludge after a compressor failure, so they do not damage the new parts.
• Anti-bacterial cabin sanitising: chemical treatment of the evaporator box to clear mould, mildew, damp odours and bacteria from the ventilation system.
• Cabin air filter replacement: inspecting and replacing clogged pollen and dust filters to restore full airflow to the vents.
• Climate control and sensor diagnostics: scan tool diagnosis of climate control module faults, blend door actuators, sun sensors and ambient temperature sensors.
• Work vehicles, fleets and rooftop units: air conditioning for work vehicles and fleets, and rooftop air conditioner installs.
